After Kuromorimine was defeated in the finals, school officials are threatening to disband the club over their lackluster performance. With major sponsors ponying up some major funding, they're threatening to pull out unless they get their money's worth. As it happens, they are big fans of Maho and Erika, and are looking to collect their investments in full!
