The final volume of the internationally renowned Japanese cult horror manga!
The skies are darkening, the air becoming thick and the final days of life on earth are about to count down. The Overfiend is about to be reborn on earth and both beast and demon realms are looking to take full advantage and use this to take over.
Akemi is too fixated though on her relationship with Tatsuo Nagumo to be worried about the events around her. After surviving his last encounter, Nagumo isn’t acting like himself. Becoming more bold and confident, Nagumo goes further with Ito then they ever had before. Possibly blinded by pleasure and power of the Overfiend, submits to the ecstasy and ignoring the changes in Nagumo. Becoming more demon than man, it might not be the Overfiend taking over, but possibly something far more sinister.

However, I will add one additional thing here at the end, which is that I admit I found the conclusion of the set rather unsatisfying. It's difficult to give a detailed explanation without adding a lot of specifics and spoilering it, so I'll just say that my problem is that it felt sudden and rushed. It doesn't really feel like the natural result of the 1200 pages of plot, more like Maeda got down to their last 100 pages and was like "oh, we're almost out of space, better wrap things up".
It's not actively bad, or something that retroactively "ruins" the books. I was just disappointed since my expectations were higher for a plot-intensive work. I'd still recommend the whole set, it's still a cut above the excuse plots that power most hentai, but I couldn't resist complaining a little about being let down at the very end.
