It is totally possible. We just need to get them to prioritize. I mean, they have the objectionable filter, which I leave off, because incest (done right) doesn't bother me. But I wouldn't miss the other stuff.

...Well, she was nice enough to help him clean up his room. Apparently...because he reminds her of his brother who she is going out with? And that becomes the reason for what happens after including sex.
I think she actually has a smell fetish...And because he's more of a slob it smells even more 'intense'. Great ending though. Yeah, probably for the best, considering she might visit again when your brother isn't home...
