Experts are saying that mouth to mouth is unnecessary to do rescue breathing (mouth-to-mouth) as part of the CPR process. I have been trained (need re-certification, though) in old school CPR and am not afraid of rescue breathing, however. You can count it as their first kiss, if hentai enthusiast myths are to be taken with a grain of salt. ^3^
