I actually like the ending. The abruptness kinda adds to the emptiness of the whole thing. There should be a rape or non-con tag on this. He overstepped every boundary and ended up raping her. I get being lost in the moment, and I know he probably didn't understand what he was doing, but that's what happened. Realising his mistake is really something and I like that he faced consequences for it. In the end, things are just barren but life still just goes on, and all he's left with is the emptiness of what he did.

That's, like, independent film level grey. That's the best way I can describe it. It got real. Like, most of the time, someone says "No" and there's like a little heart next to it and all that, but not here. There were consequences for overstepping boundaries.

He ends up going way over the line with An, which causes her to never speak to him again. And instead of him learning a lesson or that being the end of the chapter, he ends up getting a new girlfriend out of fucking nowhere with no context in the last two panels which makes the whole chapter seem pointless. So bizarre lol.
