Interesting. So her disdain for cosplay porn comes out of the idea that it doesn't display any respect for the original work...But she would be alright with it if, say, one was made that fit the theme/story of the original?
And sure enough, that's what happened. She's fine with him doing it as long as she herself plays the heroine in a way that fits the original character.
