Well, given how a lot of hentai goes, no matter how lovey-dovey the couple is and how much the wife is in love with her husband, some scumbag can always come along and find a way to get her to have sex with him (be it by forcing her, coercing her, tricking her, or whatever), and if he's better in bed than her husband (which he inevitably will be), the husband has lost her.
