Ah, I remember the previous chapter!
I remember hoping the other nurses would get some love too, so I'm definitely glad to see a sequel!
That was certainly quite the great ending! What an understanding girlfriend, being willing to share him with another nurse. I'm quite happy with this ending, really, but I can't help but wonder if the other nurses from the previous chapter won't try something, too?

The title makes total sense at the end.

Sotohara-san seemed to just barely escape triggering the "Hassan Chop" (or equal) flag, and by the end, BOTH Nanbata and Nishikawa decide to share him.
