If I may contribute a weird story from the old stuff:
The very first story by Akai Mato (I think it was from one of the very first "Girls for M" issues) about a girl who published masturbation photos of her boyfriend together with his name and address on the internet so that he would be thrown out of school and expelled from his family, because she wanted to tie him down in a wooden box and keep him on the edge orgasm for one whole year without getting noticed. He was forced to watch from the box how everyone was going on with their lives while he stayed in the box and his only interactions with another person were her teasing sessions with him.
I remember the comment section being divided by three topics:
1. The girl being a psycho bitch
2. The medical discussion about being ine year held on the edge of orgasm
3. The discussion whether or not she cut his hands of before putting him into the box
