I don't usually ask for a sequel, but ... if for no other reason than to see Divine Punishment applied to whoever smacked Shinomiya-senpai ... there had better be a sequel to this.
Despite the tag there and the occasional insane look in her eyes, I don't think she's really going so far as to consider her yandere. There's no love-induced violence, just a somewhat broken girl suffering under her parents' expectations trying to break free by doing something they'd hate, and if possible, help out another person in a similar situation while she's at it. And in a way it did work out, with the ending seeing her hurt, most likely by her parents, but with none of the earlier craziness, and most likely returning to a simple vanilla continuation for their life.
This is one of the few things I hate about Japan, the apparently massive family/societal expectations. I hope these two end up super happy with each other.
That...Is quite the title. Simple, and good. I like the swirls in her eyes when she starts talking a bit...erratically. That ending though...! Too bad it took months, but at least it looks like things are looking somewhat forward for the both of them. I mean, sure he got depressed that she disappeared and nothing seemed to work out too well for him, and she...seems a little worse for wear, so to speak, but at least they got reunited. I'd say it even had a hint of Vanilla feel to it, and I like it. I guess sometimes it feels like nothing ever goes your way, until that one time...And sometimes that one time is good enough. She no longer has a place to go home, eh? Well...I guess all he has to do is give her one, right beside him. Permanently would be ideal, really. Maybe one day their home can get bigger and...livelier.
