I don't suppose many will take note of Kaori-san's (koff-koff) flagrant abuse of her position and powers as the school's Morals Committee Chairman. I think she knew exactly what she was doing. It kind of seems like Sana was aware of Kaori's feelings for Isumu, and decided to egg on the disciplinary committee chairman so she would finally commit to asking him out. Or I could be wrong and it was simply teasing... Who can say, really?
