Keiichirou's friends have struck out while trying to pick up someone they spotted on the streets. But there's just something about them that Keiichirou… finds alluring. He takes them back to his place and curiosity gets the better of him. Can he do it, though?
Boy or Girl? The self-doubt and struggles of an Otokonoko
As an artist that specializes in femboy and otokonoko content, Locon's works have always had themes of uncertainty regarding gender and sexuality. This work tackles those themes head-on and delivers quite the emotional story. All the sexual action and the climax happens in the first half of the book, there is more than enough material for it to be worth a purchase as an adult book. The 2nd half onwards has no sex and is solely dedicated to the emotional drama plot about sexuality and gender. I am a huge fan of this work and for me one of the big appeals of Otokonoko heroines is that they can have both a masculine and feminine side to them. Being an otokonoko is rare and the heroine Kanade struggles with uncertainty and lack of confidence in himself. As his body continues its journey thru male puberty, can he find someone who can love him both as a guy and a girl?
Overall its a beautiful story and the crossdressing sex in the first half is up to the standards of Locon's best works. Highly recommended.
Locon has always been an artist I can trust to handle concepts of gender and sex with nuance without getting bogged down, and this romance is just so sweet and tugs at my heartstrings amazingly. I wish nothing but the best for Keiichirou and Kanade forever <3
Thought provoking, sit back & enjoy the fireworks.
Someone get this girl a Blahaj & some E, stat! - In all seriousness, was a story that I actually wanted to talk to someone about on how great & compelling it was. Sure you get the sexual content you expect from the start to middle of story, but seeing someone yearning to be themself vs not wanting to be seen as a freak in society is something many relate or empathize with.
Overall its a beautiful story and the crossdressing sex in the first half is up to the standards of Locon's best works. Highly recommended.
