Wait, he won't go out with her, but he'll let her come over constantly and even have sex with her? I can understand him being concerned about why a younger girl would be so interested in him, but his actions make no sense. If he's willing to do all of that with her, then he should just let her be his girlfriend. This chapter is cute and sexy (because of the girl), but this guy clearly has issues. It's like his sheer disbelief that a girl like her could be interested in him causes him to be a total idiot.

IRL, it depends on what their ages are. Teenagers (for example) aren't exactly capable (on the whole) to giving informed consent and or living out lifelong commitments of True Love due to lack of experience. This includes people ages 18-24 by the by. But this is Hentai so common measures of maturity may or may not apply...
