Did the author change his name to Sudare? Or is that the nickmane all bullies gave him? In the first chapter he was Sudou, bit she called him Sudare because she didn't care what his name was.

Right? Even in the recap box at the start of the chapter he is named Sudare. I would say the author mixed both names up, because otherwise the summary would have his real name. (And we would have gotten the classic „calling him by his real name“ bit)
