you know...I'm starting to think that everyone in that world is just cursed to not be able to have children and feel no sexual attraction from the moment they are born by the church itself.
But, if you give them full devotion and you prove to them to be extremely loyal (as she said), they "train" you (aka sex ED) before they give to you the magic jar that lift the curse.
I don't think babies are made "from" the jar, but "because of" what that jar can do...but maybe I'm just overthinking. (still this can grant them full control over the entire population)
