Great light-hearted monster girl stories
Do you like stories with monster girls? Do you like stories with meaty girls with huge boobs? Well if so then you're in luck because all of the stories in this book feature both. Well okay I guess that's not entirely true, a few of the stories have a magical-but-human female character and so it's only about 70% monster girls, but the big boobs and big butts run at 100%.
The first half of the book features a set of loosely related stories about the hole-in-the-wall dwelling, where a male resident of an apartment is required to have sex on demand with the various female residents through magic holes in the wall of the apartment. The rest of the book is then a bunch of one-shots and then a couple of shorts. All of the stories are a fairly happy, vanilla take on their genres, so if you like pleasant stories where everyone has a good time and there are happy endings then you should enjoy this.
The stories in the book all come from Unreal and so you can't get them via FAKKU subscription.

Some Oohira Sunset's Best
A full Fakku book dedicated to the very sexy art of Oohira Sunset's works. What more can a person ask for! There's a lot of diversity in this work too. Lots of different types of monster girls and many different creative themes for the sex scenes.

This is the perfect type of stuff you can only find in hentai. No other medium can take elements from fantasy and modern day life and make it this horny. You have beastfolk, witches, succubi, and enchantments, portals, body magic, etc all working together perfectly along with some of the cleanest artwork I've seen in hentai.

Magnificently Thick Monster Girls
I absolutely adore Oohira Sunset, they draw some of my favourite works of all time. An absolute master of drawing thickness, squish, and curves, with a fantastic focus on paizuri whenever it appears. I love the stories in this book, that run the gamut of vanilla or harem as things progress between characters. But what never changes is how insatiably horny and hot the women are. I bought this as soon as the announcement was made and am eagerly awaiting the physical release later on!

Worth The Wait.
Sunset is one of the many few God's gift on earth. The few artist that hit my kinks in a special way that tickles my unfeeling soul.

All the plumpness you could ever want!
The only thing I can complain about is that the apartment ark feels like it comes to an end all but too quick. I want to see more of the tenants, as well as more of the happy couple that came out of it. Yes all the other chapters were good and hot so no complaints their. I just wanted to see more is all I'm saying (asking?). Please keep coming with more.

POST-RELEASE EDIT: This whole book is a thick monster girl lover's dream, which you probably figured out already if you have a working pair of eyeballs. Manami-san was my favorite of all the monster girls, hands down, so it feels appropriate to me that she's on the cover of the book as well. Kuginuki-san is one lucky dude.
If you like what you see on the cover page, you'd be hard-pressed to be disappointed in purchasing this. Take the plunge, y'all.
