If the story is uncensored, but the story inside the story is censored, does this make everything uncensored censored or everything censored uncensored?

I would argue that the frame before was the uncensored version (so you still got it uncensored), and the "censored" frame just shows a process, and how much more lewd it got when they did so.

Hmm yes, Tissue story. A story that might require tissues to read through.
Still, an absolutely amazing swimsuit design. Feels like it'd make for some rather interesting times. Looks kind of fun, too.
Great ending though. I was waiting for that kind of 'reveal' and I wasn't disappointed!
