"This case is a real doozy!! A proper 'magician's locked-
room murder case'! With a whopping sixteen suspects!
It'll be a tough nut to crack!!"
(page 4, panel 3)
That sounds like a fascinating case. Too bad we
won't see any actual detective work. None at all.
What a waste of a great premise.
I know, right? The case teases are the actual worst. The sex and dynamic relationship of dom and sub being overridden by attraction and potential romance is starting to make up for it for me, though. Sensei's blush was fucking adorable.
Look, if I want a great mystery I'll read Detective Conan. If I want to squeeze one out I'll read hentai. But sometimes a guy wants both. Why can't I be mentally stimulated as well as sexually? Why must I choose between my head(brain) and my head(penis)? Dammit now I gotta look for Detective Conan hentai, and that isn't something I want to read. Not a fan of shota.
I had to go back to chapter 1, but they have always been multivitamins. I wonder why the author is reintroducing the fact now?
Skimming through the series, it looks like the fact there isn't an actual aphrodisiac doesn't come up again so I guess showing it again in chapter 6 is the authors way to remind us her feelings aren't chemically induced. Although, suggestion can be as powerful as chemicals so maybe he doesn't get a pass. But as a detective she shouldn't be so gullible. But that is victim blaming, it can't be her fault for being tricked. Ugh, they are probably gonna wind up married after he reveals the multivitamin and she "realizes" her true feelings. Unless plot twist she knew all along they were multivitamins and has been playing him for sex, but I haven't seen that level of deviousness in her thoughts.
