Netorare means cuckold. A cuckold is the husband of an adulterous wife. Wether it's willing or unwilling is beside the point. This is NTR, more spesifically netorase.

That second panel on page 6 really threw me for a loop, didn't realise why it looked so weird until I realised the artist drawn him with a set of upper central incisors on the lower jaw and no laterals... it looks so weird, you'd think he'd google what a human mouth looks like before drawing a close up.
