I don't like the typesetting on the first page. The text in these crowded bubbles is supposed to be a glimpse of a much larger piece of text. But at many lines there is clearly visible whitespace to the left and right, which robs it of that effect and makes it look bad.
Im an airsofter myself and know some girls who play none are cute like this so seeing one (even if its fantasy is great) so bring me the sequal or we operate a cold winds aproach
Ah~! I really love the large panels on page 3. It was an instant screencap. This whole story really hits a lot of points for me. Both of the pair have hair-types that I really like and the line work was great. Such a cute couple too!
I know I've said it countless times, but Ikuhana Niro is my favorite author. Beautiful artwork that seems to compliment the very "human" characters and their sometimes awkward, but always natural interactions in a world that is solidified through the use of cameos, for instance Sakou-san (and the woman he's chatting with at the end) had their story told in Incense
Yes, I do love me some sweet Vanilla indeed.
Also her friend hinting at what she probably expects to happen between the two of them was just great. I'd say I'd want her to get some action too, but the sweet Vanilla here is already perfect enough as it is. Maybe in a separate release sometime?
The protagonist seems like quite the nice boyfriend though. He patiently listens to her talk about her passion, and also goes along with it and even tries to understand it. Sure, he had some ulterior motives, but I'd say he also genuinely wanted to understand what makes her love it so much.
Great ending though. Heh, so they're like wingmen to each other. Except in this case, they helped this guy quit smoking, while he's...giving them some time alone.
Fave bit, when they go back the guy quiting smoking. Pure gold.
