Hm! I always really thought that she wasn't the girl from his past at all. She just reminds him of that girl because he's _also_ in love with her.

Beautiful girl, man the art is so good. Since it's so obvious to us that the girl from the past and Tsumiki are the same, it seems odd that he wasn't as forward with her back then as he is with this seemingly random girl he met online.

...I'm pretty sure she is that girl from back then. Her reaction to his name was pretty much a confirmation.
I guess she knew, or at least thought it was him, and that's why she even bothered to meet up?
Something about them now finding out is a bit...Well, sad, but in a way, it's a decent way to end. Makes you think that eventually he will in the future...If possible, in a sequel we get to see.
