But honestly the way Chihiro was pouting on the way back was probably due to her both being embarrassed to be buying condoms for the purpose of sex with Kazuma and for wanting her osananajimi and now boyfriend to be the man and buy the condoms for them.

I kinda and pathetically got lost in fantasy for a second while reading this second installment. Chihiro is simply delicious looking and I can't blame Kuzuma for eating half of that strawberry shortcake before he got into the kitchen. I think it wasn't gentlemanly to have her buy the condoms, however. I would have happily bought them esp if she was there.
