Page 19 - Iwasaaki-sensei had this female(?) character use the equivalent of 'OOGA BOOGA BOOGA!' on male MC. Luckily (perhaps) for him, it wasn't "Super-Effective", otherwise he might not have survived; either that or he's alive (although a paraplegic, if not completely paralysed) only because a patrolling policeman stumbled across him in time.

Another time and place, perhaps it would have gone like this, as we went from Page 18 to Page 19:

Female: "Omae Wa Mou Shindeiru." ★ ★ ★ 
Male MC: "Nani!?" (looks up as she mounts him, to see her real face)
Male MC (screaming): "W.T.F.!?" 😱🤯🤬
