When she so nicely and cutely says that she'll marry you if you get her pregnant...Well, it's an offer you can't refuse, yeah? Actually, pregnant or not you may as well get married already.
Great ending though. Yeah, sex in all those old clothes, and maybe someday move on to new ones.
Something like a wedding dress or naked apron, perhaps? It'd certainly be great if we could see it too...
