I can see why it doesn't have a forced tag, but it probably needs to have a BDSM tag if anything. Realistically, that's the fantasy of this chapter. If it were a male protagonist being sent to a correctional facility with female workers doing this, I'm sure that no one here would even bat an eye.

I think “no sex” is for works with explicit sexual activity but no penetration. “Ecchi” (the Japanese pronunciation of “h”) is for stuff without explicit sexual activity, and “non-h” is for stuff that isn’t sexy at all.

It might be better to just rename “petite” as “small breasts” and add a “short” tag for disambiguation. There is a “shortstack” tag if you’re specifically looking for short women with big boobs.

Hate to say it, there are/were facilities very similar to this in the US, though what they claim to cure is more anti-LGBT.

So yes, I can totally see this happening in real life. Of course, the exact details would be a scandal once they came out, but such a facility could run for a decade or so before that happened...
