Happened to stumble across this (a censored version) on an external site. The name of the baseball team ("Wanigaoka") suggested that the work was by a Wani-affiliated artist. Searching lead me to it here.

Ah yes, the usual Osananajimi you thought was a boy turns out to be a girl and after meeting again after so long, you go from old friends to lovers and then make with the sweet Vanilla loving.
I do love that formula, definitely.
I did like the part where she totally discarded her original 'plan' and decided to just show off her breasts to him. Sometimes, you just have to throw a straight pitch when it comes to seducing a guy, and also it helps if you push him down and...well, let Hentai take its natural course.
That ending though. A pretty elaborate curveball of a plan designed to slowly but surely seduce him and probably get him to make a move, but it turns out that a straightball (i.e. Get into his house and then have sex with him) was what won the match.
