In general, we aim to respond to requests sent to us within 1 business day from when it’s received. If you reach out to us outside of our business hours (this includes holidays, weekends, or tickets submitted after the end of the day), we’ll try our best to respond to you within 24 hours from when we’re next in the office.
Sometimes, responding to you can take longer than we planned. This usually happens when the office is busier than usual.
