EDIT:

My school has a large collection of manga. Large. 27 volumes of Bleach, 35 or so volumes of Naruto, all 28 volumes of Rurouni Kenshin.... that's just scratching the surface.
Due to a certain ailment, 3 months ago I was confined to my school library, where I read manga all day, every day. Of course, this was wonderful for me. Until I noticed how the manga was being treated....
Students come into the library daily to read manga- but, they have no respect for it. I've seen these idiots taking terrible care of the books, allowing pages to be ripped, and food and drink to be spilled on them. The librarians were no better, one of them accidentally left all 13 volumes of Death Note out in the rain. With no cover. The way the manga was being treated was disgusting.
Something had to be done.
There was no way the manga would survive in a habitat like this, so I began
taking liberating the manga. It was simple at first. I started small. G-Gundam, volumes 1 thru 3. Simple. I got off without a hitch. Nobody noticed. A basic linear system to liberate the manga was used. And, it was fun. Soon after, it was Cowboy Bebop 1-3, and Neon Genesis Evangelion: Angelic Days 1-6.
I was sure I could accomplish anything, so I went bigger. I took Chibi Vampire, 1-14 all at once. I couldn't believe I pulled off such a hiest. It was too easy, I was even beginning to wish it was more challanging. Unfortunately, that's exactly what I got.
A little fucking rat by the name of Jack B**** noticed the missing manga, and alerted the librarians. They upped their security- putting security devices in the books (so they would beep if being taken out of the front entrance). It was still too easy. I snagged Psychic Academy, 1-9 and simply went out the back exit. Too easy.
They must have found that out, because there was a lookout in the back exit checking people bags. Fuck. I needed to enlist some help. I got my friend Nathan too, quite simply, distract the fucker while I snuck out with 1-9 of Dragonball Z... Still, much too easy.
It wasn't really fun anymore, but the fact that I was saving the manga from destruction was enough of a motivation.
It was about a week before I liberated I was going to liberate Bleach 1-27- I was sitting in the library, when Mr. R****, a librarian, anexxed my bag to search it- he found nothing, it wasn't one of my hiest days. I knew he suspected me. I was a prime candidate after all. I needed to throw him off my trail.
Nathan found me a patsy- Willem H*****. He wanted to help, but little did he know, he was the sacrafice.
The plan was as follows- I will distract Mr. R**** while Willem sneaks out the back with Bleach 1-10. (smaller load for better efficiancy) Little did Willem know, I was really telling Mr. R**** that Willem was stealing the manga. Too easy. Willem was framed successfully. They didn't believe anything he told them. They were going to search his house. They no longer suspected me. Security was alleved, and Bleach 1-27 was liberated 3 days later.
They make it was too easy.
They will notice soon and be completely dumbfounded, and likely question Willem to see if he had an accomplice. He couldn't blame me, because I began working with a small task force to find out who's been stealing the manga, and I have a perfect alliby.
Unfortunately, this year is over, and the remaining manga will have to wait next year.... it's been really fun.... and it will be even tougher next year.
Thought I'd share that with you while I'm waiting for my MegaVideo to reset.
I feel like Light Yagami from Death Note.... I've even assembled a team to help with the liberation.
It's good what I'm doing for the manga, I'm saving it from a terrible death at the hands of the students and ignorant staff.
I am justice, for the defenseless manga.
Why go through all this trouble, you ask?
....well....because something needed to be done.
.........and.....I was bored.
Then my parents found out and my mom got scared, she said "your movin' with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air."
