Turns out it was indeed all a hoax, and she still had to pay up even after realising it twas a scam. I almost feel bad for her, but that's just how it goes.
That ending though. Is she just doubling down at this point or did she just say that on reflex? Heh. I wonder if they'll bring back this joke in later chapters.
