You obviously follow mainstream anime. Try following the current season and watch a bit of every fansubbed anime that comes out for more variety. Testing the waters so to speak.

Baccano!, Basilisk, Black Lagoon, Diebuster, Darker Than Black, Claymore, Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in the Shell: SAC and GITS: 2nd Gig, Gungrave, Gunslinger Girl (Ignore the 2nd season), Infinite Ryvius, Last Exile, Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, Outlaw Star, RahXephon, Rurouni Kenshin, Samurai Champloo, Cowboy Bebop, Seirei no Moribito, Shugurui, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Trigun, Twelve Kingdoms, Ergo Proxy.
Ecchi, Comedy and Slice of Life usually aren't that far off from each other, so I'm sticking them together in one category.
Comedy/Ecchi/Slice of Life:
Spice & Wolf (more of a romance, but still very good), Azumanga Daioh, FLCL, Genshiken, Golden Boy, Sayonara Zetsubo Sensei, Seto no Hanayome, Working!!, Toradora!, Lucky Star again and again and of course Honey & Clover.
As for horror you'll have to be a little more specific to the subject. Chaos;head would be something to watch, but it's really a much better read. Actually for the most part, all of the best horror series I've encountered have been in manga form, usually revolving around a zombie or apocalyptic setting.

THIS. Plus all the anime recommendations topics. Put them all in one thread. Rename it and STICKY IT IN BIG BOLD LETTERS. The merged topics will also give an insight into genre people watch or want, giving an example whats popular or not and what's missing and under the radar (since there's too much gawdamd shit to cover).

I guess both Doswillrule and EmiyaKiritsugu have a point. However, I am not too sure how to sticky the link posted since it is technically not a part of Fakku and some permission may have to be obtained. In addition, if time permits over the next few days, I will try to merge the anime recommendation threads together. Right now, I am still in the midst of consideration.
