I've only watched a few minutes of episode 11, and already everyone is being an asshole towards Oreki. Why is the fucking database drawing conclusions!?
lol... I've the same feelings... I hate the way they bash his "miss" in his face...
Spoiler:
I was hoping a reaction from Irisu... but she still kept her cool face while he is making a mad one... I was hoping the he leaves the tea room with his normal not caring face while Irisu is making the "darn he knew it" face
Man, what an intense episode, I love the way the characters' facial expressions convey the mood.
Spoiler:
Who would have thought that Irisu would be the main antagonist in this arc all along? She actually is kind of like a femme fatale or something, using somewhat underhanded maneuvers.
I only just realized that the person, "It's me~", that was in the chat was likely
Spoiler:
Oreki's sister.
Spoiler:
I believe that the chatroom was at the school homepage for the students. I'm not sure if anyone outside would be able to access it, but it's a possibility. Also, Irisu is referring to the person as "Senpai", so I'm at a total loss of who it could be because Satoshi referred to Irisu herself as an upper class men. It's hard to judge just from this though, my only guess would be a completely different character.

Spoiler:
Let's go over the information:
- Irisu was told about about the Classics Club and its history.
- Irisu was told about Houtarou specifically.
- Irisu has a sempai. This implies simply an older character that went to school at the same time, but not necessarily in the same club.
- Houtarou doesn't socialize since he likes to conserve energy. Therefore, there are few people who know what he is capable of.
And if I remember correctly, it was the sempai that mentioned the Classics Club in relation to solving the movie issue. With that in mind, it sure seems likely that it is the sister.

Spoiler:
Great point. You've totally convinced me that it is likely his sister. After looking at the chatlog between them Irisu and this "senpai", I feel more inclined to believe that this is the case. The subs from Mazui really screwed up my interpretation of what was said. Here's the chatlog from the LN on Baka-tsuki:
Anonymous: since you're on the other side of the world
Anonymous: i felt like bluffing
A.ta.shi♪: lol, figures
A.ta.shi♪: but you know?
Anonymous: yes?
A.ta.shi♪: you've lied to me as well, haven't you?
A.ta.shi♪: so you keep your trap shut!
Anonymous: i, lied?
A.ta.shi♪: that's right. you shouldn't manipulate people on the other side of the world
A.ta.shi♪: especially me
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The subs from Mazui said "but you shouldn't lie to me either" it made me think of "other side of the world" as some sort of metaphor to their intelligence. Great deduction though, really anxious to see who it actually is.
The new ED, is so corny, but I LOVE it! Of course, Chitanda and Mayaka were cute as always in episodes 11.5 and 12.
Kind of neat how even though 11.5 is a swimsuit episode, KyoAni is able to show dynamics between the four characters. Though I though the mystery was a little too obvious.
Episode 12 was wonderful, especially watching Eru. Plus it is interesting to watch them try to sell those anthologies, it will probably involve Oreki going against of motto.
Houtarou's laziness continues. It was great when he said that was the best job ever. Its not surprising to see Eru so fascinated with everything in the Kanya festival.
I love this show. Both episodes were great, especially 12. Chitanda getting distracted at everything was so cute and Mayaka was awesome too. Also, Houtarou trying to smile was hilarious. So much goddamn HNNNNNG everywhere. The new ending was very nice as well.
Now for some screens...
Spoiler:
[size=10](lol, penguin suit made me think of Disgaea)[/h]
Oreki needs to lay off the drugs. He was out cold and having freaky dreams during the OP. To think that Oreki would be able to work through the trading side-quest while being stationary. He has already worked lazed his way up to a Glock. How much longer before he obtains the legendary sword? The Manga Society's president seemed to be a coward at first, considering how fast she disappeared at the start of the conflict. But it turns out that she was ingeniously promoting the club. And she already expects an encore performance the next day.
"I wonder how Oreki is doing?"
"Chitanda in a penguin suit!?" *fap* *fap* *fap* *fap* *fap*
Then comes the awkward silence after Chitanda discovers how thoroughly "used" the pictures are.
Edit:
Episode 14:
Spoiler:
Chitanda is like a dog, you hold your hand out and the first thing she does is a shake. She also gets some shitty advice from Irisu. Apparently, she has no problem advising Chitanda to act the bitch Irisu herself is. Well, the trading finally turned out to be useful, although Oreki didn't get a legendary sword out of it. Apparently, being in the Astronomy club is for the mentally unstable. Chitanda really goes overboard with the cooking, although she is extremely cute while doing so.
Who is the thief? Why has he/she taken all of those things? Will the classical club solve this mystery? The mystery continues in the next episode of Hyouka.
Everyone feels terrible, except for Oreki. Serves them right. Chitanda always getting people involved and failing at negotiating, Satoshi being an idiot thinking he can catch the thief in the act, and Mayaka always treating Oreki with contempt. And she's a masochist for staying in the Manga Society despite it being filled with bitches.

Oreki obtained Hand Mirror.
Spoiler:
i never would've thought that people cosplaying vocaloids would be bitches (DAMN!!!!) now i want them erased. this is the first ep so far that oreki was the least troubled.
on another note, that kid with a coconut husk-like hairdo is really starting to tick me off. it's either he's gay or he's got little to no friends since he's the only one deluding himself that satoshi was competing with him
