Alright I like anime and hopefully you guy's will be able to suggest some good series for me by the list of ones I watched and like. ^_^

Excuse me but SEL is pretty awful. The direction is shit poor. I wasn't able to watch the first two episodes before falling asleep. And I've tried it several times (since people praised it so much), but I just can't sit through it.

But whattever, it's a valid suggestion. Just stating that I disliked it /derailing thread.

Also, b7ac, just watch whattever catches your eye. Sometimes the best animes are the less hyped ones, so I'd say you're better off trying to find stuff on your own.

ps: This is in no way an insult, but a sincere suggestion.

I watched through all of it - most things don't really make sense the first time you watch it, especially the ending. I also thought it was dragging a bit too much.

Yeah, I guess there are better anime out there, the character design was a bit bland. But same goes for "The Girl That Leapt Through Time", the animation was awful at times, but it was an awesome movie. Which I hereby also recommend if you like time travel.

I'm sure you came here with the good intention to show him some good stuff but throwing him that huge list is just not gonna help him. I mean if i was him i'd say...
"ERRR ..Okay! Thx a lot! ... So what would you suggest in that list?"

Because i'm pretty sure he's already heard of those before.

I wouldn't even know where to start there because this has what seems like hundreds of different series.
