The light novels center around a second-year high school boy named Yōto Yokodera. Yōto is always thinking about his "carnal desires," but no one acknowledges him as a pervert. He learns about a cat statue that supposedly grants wishes. The boy goes to pray that he will be able to express his lustful thoughts whenever and wherever he wants. At the statue, Yōto encounters Tsukiko Tsutsukakushi, a girl from his high school with her own wish — that she would not display her "real intentions" so readily.

The first promotional video for The "Hentai" Prince and the Stony Cat. (Hentai ÅŒji to Warawanai Neko.) television anime debuted during a streamed event from Anime Festival Asia 2012 on Sunday. The video revealed that the anime will premiere next spring.

The event also announced the staff of the anime. Youhei Suzuki (episode director on Karin, Kimikiss pure rouge, Nodame Cantabile: Finale) is making his debut as the director of a full series at J.C. Staff. Haruko Iizuka (Little Busters!, Inu X Boku Secret Service, Tamayura) is adapting Kantoku's original character illustrations from Sou Sagara's light novel series for the anime. Michiko Itou (ÅŒkami-san & Her Seven Companions, Ro-Kyu-Bu!, Twin Angel: Twinkle Paradise) is in charge of the series scripts.

The staff plans to announce the cast next month at Comic Market 83.


I'm really looking forward to this, I've wanted to buy the LNs for a while now ever since I saw that the original artwork is by Kantoku.

You'll most likely have seen some other stuff drawn by Kantoku.

There's an official English print being released by Project-H. I might buy it when I have the money since it had me interested for a few months now.

I probably won't watch this. The manga was more "ah that's cute" than actually good so I don't feel any appeal to watch the same thing I've just read. But don't get me wrong, the manga was okay, I didn't regret reading it.

Edit* But I will be looking forward to all the new gifs.

This is going to be a good series. I like the story and the characters are great. And they've done a really good job animating Kantoku's art. I fucking love Tsukiko. There were some pretty hot scenes, also PETTANKO.

Bring on episode 2.

Up until the personality swap it felt normal. Then it became really funny. I'm not sure whether Tsukiko or Azusa is better yet. Both are great thus far

that was better than i thought it would be!

all the characters are so lovable and even though i was sort of ticked that "that guy" (the guy that plays a lot of wussy characters) he grew on me by the end by his perverted honesty.


probably going to turn into a typical love comedy, but still looking forward to it nevertheless

oh, and SO fucking adorable:

A title like this and nearly no useless fanservice on eps 1. Approved.

I actually hate tsukiko's voice and like em much better when they're flattone.

Gahhh, I love Tsukiko's voice. The part where she found him on the hill was priceless. And that opening is the fucking definition of moe. I'll keep up with this one.
