This list isn't as long as the characters I love thread, so I'll add descriptions to some of them.
1) Most animals or things that talk: At first I'm like "awwe how cute", then those bitches start opening their big mouth. Especially Shippo, he should've died as soon as he made an appearance. Him, Jaken, Snarf and all the other talking creatures can go to hell. They're usually annoying and serve no real purpose to the story. The only ones I actually enjoyed listening to were the black and white cats from Sailor Moon (interestingly enough). They were cool ppl (er animals).
2) Toji & Sae (Peach Girl): Yeah, I hate them both equally. One of them is a trolly attention whore and the other is an overrated dumbass. I put them at no.2 instead of 1 because without either of them, Peach Girl wouldn't have been worth watching.
3) Asuka (NGE): This character somehow managed to piss me off everytime she spoke. She's at no.3 because she rarely had a moe moment during the show. She's not at no.2 because her past makes her behavior understandable (but absolutely not justifiable). I cheered during the moments Shinji choked her, and I wanted him to do more during that masturbation scene. Asuka reminds me of a classmate I had back in middle school. I never did shit to this chic, but for some reason she would occasionally make some bitchy remark about me. I flipped her the bird one of those times and that pretty much shut her ass up (At least until the graduation ceremony). Looking back, she might've been Tsundere for me or something. Anyways, Hentai pics are all Asuka is worth to me.
4) Kirino (My little sister can't be this cute): I despised her because she reminded me of what my own little sister has become (minus academics/athletic/closet otaku/modeling). She did have her moe moments that made my heart warm up a little, so I can't hate her as much as I do the others. She's at no.4 because I didn't like how she ended things in the anime series. Her farewell left a bad taste in my mouth, otherwise she'd be lower on the list. For now, this is what I think of Kirino.
5) Minko Tsurugi (Hanasaku Iroha): This is one rude little bitch right here. First of all, you don't tell someone to "die" when you first meet them. Something must be wrong with her head. She sucks at cooking yet thinks shes more superior than the MC. She has such a cold demeanor, but doesn't have the guts to confess to the guy she likes. If any one is a "balut" its this bitch. Yet I digress, I put her at no.5 because her attitude has softened over the course of the series. If she keeps things up I may even take her off the list. Though, she would have to do something extremely moe in order for me to reconsider.

-Kikyou ~ Inuyasha: (I hate her, but I also love her. Too lazy to explain)
-Feena ~ Grandia: (Shes just too damn perfect, so I hate her as much as I love her)
-Makoto ~ School Days: (For being a dick and abusing his dick)
-Sekai ~ School Days: (For being a hypocritical, backstabbing, murderous bitch)
-Mitsuki Hayase ~ Kimi ga Nozomu Eien (I liked her at first, but then she went all emo whore on me)
-Yano ~ Bokura Ga Ita: (He fucks up way too much when it comes to romance. It pisses me off and I hate him for hurting the MC as much as he did.)
-Nanami ~ Bokura Ga Ita: (I hate her cause she kept letting the past get in the way with her present relationship with Yano. At times, I just wanted to smack her and say "Shut up bitch, you already have Yano all to yourself, what more do you want from him?" I can't stand clingy bitches who want to monopolize both the past and present.)
-Shinji ~ Fate/Stay Night: (If you watched/read the series, then you already know why.)
For now that's all I can think of.

Light Yagami (Deathnote) - people are constantly making comparisons of Lelouch and light, which I absolutely hate. I get in so many arguements where people try to say that Deathnote is similar to code geass, and I'm just plain sick of it.
Suzaku Kururugi (Code Geass) - I find his entire view of politics to be idiotic and annoying. he gets so much screen time where we have to listen to him ramble, I really wish I could scream back at him. I think that manic laughter in R2 was because he realized how stupid his views were
Sasuke Uchiha (Naruto) - ironically, he has the same English voice as Suzaku (yuri lowenthal). I mostly hate him because of his arrogance, despite constantly being saved by others. he's naive, stupid, and powerful, which is a dangerous combination
