Clannad After Story

now clannad came to an end -.-
just a bonus ep is left to watch -.-

Oh my god. This anime just became my favorite. Out of about 60 drama animes i've watched (favorite genre), this was the ONLY anime where a tear was shed.... I never thought this day would come. Truly epic stuff.
Seriously, i've never seen anything at this level or perfectness. Nor did I think it wos possible. Great I lived to see it. :3
(now the hunt for another anime to satisfy my hunger begins!!)

The only things that have ever made me shed a tear was the Clannad VN and the Tsukihime VN. Coundn't shed a tear during the anime because I was already prepared for it. The VN definitely contained more emotion but the anime added a lot of artistic value to it and the director laid the story out rather well considering the amount of time he was given.

I don't think we'll see another anime that comes close to what key has done with Clannad and ~After Story for a while, if ever.
Still, let's all hope. Maybe Key will make another one soon.
regarding tear-sheding: This series is the only to ever have made me do so. (I don't cry manly-tears very easily). This says a lot about how good it is.
Please tell me if there is another anime like this.I highly doubt it

yeah I also doubt any anime will come close to it. I miss a good drama. All I see now is ecchi and shounen mindless crap. I want more animes like Clannad, or NHK, or Gantz, or H&Clover, or even the Onegais. Something enjoyable. *sigh*

Ah, but Kagayaku Kisetsu e has already been made into an OAV OVA
(sorry, get the two mixed up all the time.)

Good man for the Kyou route.

I can see that happening either one of 2 ways and honestly either way is fine with me. They can either completely copy the VN's route (that ending was epic) or they can have Kyou start impulsively supporting Tomoya while he is taking care of Ushio alone. This latter path I prefer slightly because anything I watch has to have some sort of deep darkness hidden in the main character that is impossible to entirely get rid of.

You should warn people about the ~Tomoyo After~ ending-spoiler that the pic contains, i accidentally read it when i checked the pic out at on Sankaku Complex and now im annoyed as hell, that VN is basically ruined for me now that i know the ending.

Wow, I'm really really unhappy now. I read that pic and now a game that I have been waiting a long time for is ruined for me. I think I'm going to go cry in the corner for a while.
