Code Geass R2 Or Cowboy Bebop?

I'm a bit bored on them maybe due to bad dubbing on our language. But I liked Code Geass R2, the Zero's great display of arrogance is epic. I watch them on channel 5(Shake mo TV mo!) which is a local channel here.

Obviously I'm gonna pic R2, cuz CB's art is kind of a turnoff to me, so I never bothered watching...

But still I wanna complain to Sunrise what's with the obvious quality drop of R2 compared to the first season?

You might think so now but CB's art was far more impressive for it's time (fuken 11 years ago) than CG's from the 2008 perspective. I also still find it more than watchable if you find a good quality rip (the style itself requires little time to get used to).
A shame how much awesomeness gets omitted these days because the art seems like a turnoff BTW.

Why is the art a turn off its fucking great. I don't like the, it has to be brand new shit. Things like Akrias art is still fantastic even today, just like Cowboy bebop’s is. If you’re going to say it’s because the arts outdated then just wait 5 years and the one your saying is so fantastic will suck. It’s the art that stands firmly great 10 or more years from now that shows true greatness.

Cowboy bebop hands down. Beside it being a -great- show, it has one of the best soundtracks anime has to offer.

I would have to say Cowboy Bebop, I liked Code Geass as a whole but for me it should kinda have ended where the Japanese are gathered in happy ending as after that the series kinda went downhill for me: / Also i felt R2 was a little more desperate with the fan serives, I dont hate fan servies but some of it was somewhat distasteful like all the ass shots inside the mechas.

I never liked Cowboy Bebop precisely because of it's episodic nature, which is why I give my hat to Code Geass in its entirety, not just R2 (which the ending was rushed.) No offense to you HermitVI, I just never like anime that doesn't follow a strict plot outline because I simply lose interest in such series.

It has to be Cowboy Bebop. R2 had me excited until I saw it, then I was greatly disappointed. It wasn't that good, everything was predictable. Kind of lame really.

R2 sucked balls. Cowboy Bebop is a great show. I like the first part of Code Geass, but the second part blows. Its just such a bleak show.

I haven't even finished Bebop, but I think I already prefer it to Code Geass. The fact that Bebop has more of a stand-alone feel to its episodes makes it more rewatchable, as you have less plot to remember and more mindspace open to enjoy it.
