The series is going through more twists and there's so many wild cards flying around that the most logical conclusion is that Arthur kills everyone, takes the Britannian throne, and reconstructs the government placing Rivalz in a very high position and ordering Suzaku to be his personal knight/scratching post. In an incredible show of strategic force Emperor Crazy Cat, that being his new title, unites the entire world under his control and good times are had by all, except for V.V. because that annoying little punk is gonna get his ass kicked by C.C. and we'll all enjoy it. I have multiple ideas as to how the series is going to end, some comically impossible and others more serious, but since there are only 2 episodes left in the season, I'm going to wait a little bit to see if, as usual, they get blown out of the water by even more complex crap.

Is it me or does Cornelia look even hotter with longer hair? Personally, from her reaction to Bartley's little revelation about his fears of the Geass project and her covert operation to clear Euphie's name, I think she might switch sides. Either that or just turn on her father. She'll probably find out about the Geass's potential for growth, realize that Lelouch accidentally used it on her, and start drinking after becoming indecisive as to whether she will side with her insane asshole of a father or her insane egotist of a brother.

The rest of the Britannian royal family seems really fucked up. Charles is insane and now he's showing signs of much more sinister, twisted morality and goals. Odysseus, going by his name and the way he acts, might actually be the best candidate for the throne, aside from Cornelia, because he's the only one in the family, aside from Euphie and Nunnally, who is somewhat respectable. Although he is kind of stand-offish, which doesn't look good in a potential ruler. Schneizel is what you'd expect from a son of Charles, he seems like he'd be willing to stand his dad in the back for the throne, but he is pretty cool about the shit he does. Guinevere, who I don't remember being mentioned up until now, despite how hot she is, comes off as a complete bitch IMO. Then there's Carline who's a high strung, little girl version of her father. I wonder if they intentionally made it so that none of Charle's kids are completely normal. Nunnally and, when she was alive, Euphie are the closest to stable, normal children and they even have their problems.

It appears that I'm one of the few people that likes Shirley. Yeah she's annoying at times, but she's got a good heart and seems to be the balance between C.C. and Kallen. If Lelouch winds up with anyone, its going to be her, I've been saying that for quite a while. Now that her memories are back, if its permanent, which I think it is, I don't know if Lelouch is going to use his Geass on her again because before he hit her with the whammy, she was pretty cool with all the shit that she found out. You also have to remember that Charles apparently used his Geass on the entire school to make them forget about Nunnally and everything related to her and Lelouch/Zero's identity. So, that's also canceled out, unless Orange-kun's ability is selective.

Now Milly's a weather reporter, Lloyd's free, Rivalz is still the pathetic wonder of the show, and Arthur is still the best character in the whole fucking series. Milly might kind of fade to the background now that she's gone. Since she has her family's resources, her former position as President of the student council, and now connections to broadcast television, she might have a big role down the line. Cecile seems like she might make a move on Lloyd, for whatever inconceivable reason, she appears to have some kind of attraction to him.

I'll wrap this shit up because I've allowed myself to go on way to long. I'm wondering if the next season is going to be the end or if they're going to have another season after that.

Your first paragraph was quite funny. Although, where did you get the "2 episodes left in the season" thing?

Character breakdown:

Cornelia: She does look hotter now. Maybe it's because her hair no longer has those permanent curls in it. However, it doesn't look like she has the use of her left arm. She'll probably work independent of all the other characters, but if forced to, I think she'll side with Lelouch. Even though she may still want to kill Lelouch for the Euphy incident, she probably also wants to know what happened with Marianne and upset her father's plans.

Charles: He's a hard one to figure out. He doesn't seem as evil now. The fact that he said, "Only fools wage war." leads me to believe that Charles is sort of like Gendo Ikari. He comes off as harsh, but yet he is emotionally sensitive. Marianne dropping the number of guards and letting herself be killed is akin to Yui's soul being absorbed into Unit-01.

Odysseus: Well, it seems right now that he doesn't live up to his name. He's not especially cunning, and he seems to leave all the work to Schneizel. It could be a facade, but I doubt it.

Shirley: I honestly can't see her winding up with Lelouch even though she is the one I'm most rooting for. I figure Lelouch will wind up with CC or wind up alone. Anyway, it's hard to tell what Shirley will do. In the next episode preview, she seems fine, yet I can't imagine her talking to Lelouch without bringing the past up. Maybe she thinks that Charles also altered Lelouch's memory?

Milly: I feel she will fade into the background, only to show up on occassion. She no longer has any remotely serious ties to the cast, with her graduating and cancelling her engagement. And she seriously tried to get Lelouch. I saw the episode as a sort of 'Farewell, Milly' kind of thing.
