What I would really like to see is some more background on Anya. I really like her character and her habit to enter everything in the diary and why the name Mordred was chosen for her Knightmare.

No, I was agreeing with you. A lot of Lelouch's siblings have pink hair, although they were from different mothers, maybe the pink hair trait came from Charles.

Apparently Anya is 14 years old, so that would make her 4 years younger than Lelouch. She writes in an electronic diary but the information in it is getting constantly changed and she writes in it because she is constantly worrying that her memory will change. And the whole pink hair thing ties into Euphie and Cornelia. Sounds to me like shes the daughter of Charles and has firsthand witnessed his Geass. Because Lelouch doesn't know about her makes it kind of interesting. Possibly she was some sort of test subject or someone Charles can use to his advantage as a spy. But her being a Knight of Rounds kinda makes her famous so people will know who she is right away. And because shes so gifted at a young age brings back into suspect the whole test subject theory.

My take on it is that Charles Geassed her to change some memory but when she came to she checked out her diary and was like "wtf, did this really happen?" or something to that extent and when the whole Brittanian crew found out about her diary they quickly changed the entries after-the-fact and still keeps changing them to this day. And because she hasn't had her memories re-erased by Charles means that maybe one of her sisters is pulling some strings?

It'll be interesting when we find out and see who is right or wrong. We should place bets ^^
