Does anyone agree with my opinion that had Euphemia was not geassed into commiting genocide on the Japanese, that the entire outcome of Code Gress might have been different? I am sure that she would have wanted someone to take her life after all that has happened as a result of the geass. She did try to resist its control over her. Had she had recovered from its affects, Euphemia would have been devastated by her uncontrolled actions because she would not have lived with the guilt of what had transpired while under the unconscious control of the Geass. She would have committed suicide. Thus, Euphemia might have been very grateful towards Lelouch for making her die believing that she had made a positive difference for the people, when she probably knows what really happened.

I personally believed that before she died, Euphemia had already forgiven Lelouch for geassing her. She feels if the accident didn't occur, she would have attended Ashford Academy with Suzaku and find time to be with Lelouch. Neither Lelouch nor his sister would have to be in hiding anymore.

If fact, Euphemia would have seen to it that the Ashford's Nobility was restored. From there, Milly would have dumped Lloyd a lot sooner and would have gone to Lelouch with her feelings directly. Thus making it easier for Lelouch to avoid Shirley altogether. Any thoughts about this possible outcome?

Had Euphemia's death not occured, neither Suzako nor Kallen would not have known that Lelouch was Zero to begin with. Thus Zero would have faded into history. A world without Euphemia has resulted in a Kain X Able conflict between Lelouch x Suzako.

To be honest, I don't even know if Milly will survive in the next 2 episodes. I have not returned to my wishful thinking too much because I could be DEAD WRONG. So I can't speculate what will happen until we see the remaining episodes come out. I could say the same notion about Kallen and C.C. being wishful thinking as well, but I won't.

I certainly hoped that Code Geass R2 would have gone up to 50 episodes instead of the projected 25 episodes. There is so much to be said about this series that can't be covered within an 8 episode timeframe. Sunrise has a potential hit on their hands. Why can't they extend R2 to 50 episodes?
