No, that's just Nunnally's ability to read people's hearts (which is BS, but is the explanation Sunrise gave). Even if Sunrise didn't give that explanation, the way Nunnally "sees" is not like previous Code-induced mindfuck situations. It's more symbolic of Nunnally suddenly understanding the entire plot Lelouch had set up.

No, you got it backwards. The ship has already sunk unless Sunrise decides to revive Lelouch in a R3/OVA.
