I've been to many forums and almost all of them say that he is alive and there are a selected few who stated that he's dead with pretty good reasons
I believe Sunrise came out and said that Lelouch was dead. If anyone can be trusted, it's them.
Furthermore, there are zero clues that suggest that Lelouch is still alive. There's nothing to go on, no sort of evidence at all.

Back in season one when he touched C.C. and saw her memories was because she had the code. next in r2 when lelouch killed his father he received his code (the emperor touched him with the hand that had the code, and said something about a curse) next phase is when he died his code activated letting Nunally see his memories like lelouch saw C.C. that confirms that lelouch had the code and gained immortality

I have also heard Sunrise said the same thing, though I believe the creator of the series said that he made the ending so undefined on purpose so that people could come up with their own idea of the ending and what happened to Lelouch. So basically, you can say that Lelouch will be alive in our hearts and minds forever~ Unless the creator of the series comes out with a OVA torpedo and utterly destroys the "Lelouch is alive!" ship, if you know what I mean.

Even if Sunrise didn't give that explanation, the way Nunnally "sees" is not like previous Code-induced mindfuck situations. It's more symbolic of Nunnally suddenly understanding the entire plot Lelouch had set up.

Not sure if it's like that. Despire Sunrise doing an announcement, many people aren't really that convinced. It's really up to Sunrise if they want to unveil the 50ft-cannon-of-anime-syndrome-doom.

i hope they dont do a lelouch revival kinda stuff just because the fans wants it, R2 ending was a legend and should stay this way...making lelouch come back will easily spoiled everything that is accumulated...

If they do it properly, I'm all for an R3, but they would have to change either the time or universe it takes place.

If Fullmetal Alchemist could get a remake, why not Code Geass. I agree that there should be no continuation from where Code Geass R2 had left off. If they want to bring back Lelouch, then they bring back the original version for Code Geass R2 before it was scrapped due to that goddamn timeslot change to the Spring 5PM schedule so that Gundam 00 could be ready to assume that new timeslot for the Fall season lineup because Sunrise had lost the Saturday night timeslot for its Gundam flagship series.

i just finished reading code geass: nightmare of nunally...
it just awesome and there maybe have another code geass if it according to code geass: nightmare of nunally.. where in the end lelouch become the demon king come to the other reality that nunally saw and granted geass to someone that admire lelouch and revive him with that granted geass (geass: revive ability). heh another chaos happen and a fight between lelouch the demon king and the real lelouch.
