Could have a better ending?

I just didn't like it. The whole reincarnation theme was badly done as we see no glimsp of the characters in their new incarnations. It was fairly confusing as well and there was no real closure to anything. Overall, it ended sadly - which isn't a bad thing to do, but only if there is a point to it end in a sad tone. Air was sad just for sadness sake.

yes I thought it was sad and at first it didn't make sense, I rewatched it and did figured out Yukito/Misusus' reincarnation, I thought it was well played out to be honest. Also, I was destroyed at the end when it shows who's Han that really is for the title (don't know why it was so awesome but it was.)

at the end, the two on the beach I'm 90% sure they are Yuichi and Nayuki from 2006 Kanon, as the incarnites.

Those two were the main characters (I forget their names, the guy who turned into a crow and the blonde girl who died) being reincarnated. I know it is confusing since the little boy and girl are alive at the same time the main characters were at the start of the show.

Yeah I get that, but the english voice over was the same for kanon and they looke like the two from kanon. But I do get the reincarnation, just thought it was interesting the way they did it.
