Digimon Xros Wars

Digimon is a terrible series.. I'll see what this has to give and if it's shitty like the rest.. I'm dumping it.. again.

As a kids series it was pretty good.

The season will be called Digimon Xros Wars, and well, it's getting worrisome now...

Ok the designs just look horrible now, and the triangle horned thingies are giving me this feeling that they are going to be the JarJarBinks of the series.

I dunno what the hell is JarJarBinks, but yep, I think it's horrible too. I think they plan to make it into another kids anime...

I'll give it some episodes anyway.

Uh...just looking at it I can foresee it either being Really ridiculously bad or really ridiculously good...not much space for in between...looks fair atm though.

There's Digimon 01, 02, Tamers, Frontier, and Savers.

Watched it and seemed good (when I'm able to find the videos); Frontiers ending fight was rather cheap (capture, *fling* secret move!)

Has there been any release of the movies they made (beyond Digimon: The Movie)?

Digimon X-Evolution. Nice stuff.

20 episodes aired. Man, I love this season. It went better than I expected. I can see this one surpassing Savers, really.

Nope lol. They're in Dust Zone now. Apparently Lilithmon will appear next episode.

So I decided to marathon Digimon Xros Wars until the new season of anime starts. I enjoyed the 54 episodes of the 1st season, but the 2nd season of Digimon Xros Wars/Digimon Hunter is way better.

2nd season is way better? Srsly?

Wow, never thought I'd see a person who thought the 2nd season was better. Personally think the second season has been so bad they should hurry up and cancel it already.

The first season at least had purpose, direction, and serious battles to fight. This second season has just been about introducing a new male lead who constantly looks stupid and goofing around with this semi-pokemon (gotta catch/hunt em all) attitude.

Kind of make a comparison between the very first season of Digimon and Adventure 02. Great first season and then a sad sequel. Though since Xros Wars wasn't at Adventure's level you can imagine how Xros Wars season 2 is.

So I got 2 differing opinions.

I was wondering why Ryro chose not to sub it... maybe this is why?
