this show has had some weird twists and turns lately

Spoiler:
with mikado being the leader of the dollars and his friend being leader of the yellow scarves and Anri being the "slasher" as its called. everything is snowballing into one crazy ending.

so i just finished the anime. It was amazing. But there was still one major unanswered question.
Spoiler:
What happens to Celty's head? Does Izaya just get to keep it? Does he try to work out another sinister plan to make him a god or whatever it was he was trying to do?
