That entire anime is one hellish emotional ride. Especially compared to ~memories, which is a much more normal school romance/tragedy. Which has my favorite emotional scene in episode 10. Fate Stay Night was quite an emotional ride for me,, the fact Shirou and Saber couldn't end up together left me depressed for a good number of days ;_____;
But I'm too lazy to find a video of them kissing, that whole scene and how it was built up was quite powerful for me.

The scene in Fullmetal Alchemist from the 7th episode,
And there were two scenes from Monster that made me want to scream bloody murder.
1. When Johan (as Anna) convinces Milosh to go to the Red Light District to look for his mother.
2. Most of Episode 29 made me want to hurl a brick at Johan for being an immense prick.
