This might be on the lighter side of everything listed so far but for me its Arakawa Under the Bridge. Usually if I'm not into something I don't make it past the first episode, but I was into this got within the last 3 episodes and had to stop.
It seemed to loose something and I never bothered with the second season.

[font=verdana][color=green]FL-fucking-CL. Out of all the anime I've quit, this is the only one which has left a bitter taste in my mouth. It just doesn't make any sense, yet people try to label it as something it's not.

It's just a fucking bunch of weird shit happening. It doesn't question life itself thank you very much.

I ragequit Naruto because I found it quite boring.

while it's understadable to rage over an anime, I never quit even one.

Umisho because i didnt like the animation and 5 centimeters per second because i thought it was sad.

Kaichou wa Maid-sama! after episode one. Misaki pissed me off like no other.

I dropped 62 series so far. (Thank you MAL, for helping me to remember it. :D)
The worst ones were:
TTGL movies - Oh god, these are just recaps, why they call it movie?
School Rumble - no progress at all, rage shift+del :/
No.6 - somehow, g*y. ://////
Excel Saga - Dropped at 21/26, only liked the first 3-4 episode.

Any anime that has a nice action-packed storyline going on and suddenly...

Love triangle out of nowhere!

Just kills the mood for me.

The series made me sad and shed tears... they made me keep my hopes up and let my guards down for expecting a happy ending... ugh.. all the wasted energy for rage...

Hmmm, yeah. A couple of them was because the protagonist was accused of doing something he didn't do. I just can't handle those kind of situations.
