it took me a couple reads to decifer your words but :!: i finaly got it lol...
the 2nd arc was good in my oppinion. It focused more on everyones actions and not just Lights which isnt a bad change.

1)cowboy bebop

3)ttgn/golden boy
honorable mention: nge, samurai champloo... it would have been on the list if not for the ending, god dammit i hate it SO MUCH
i dont know about everyone else, but i fucking hated it. to each their own of course, but i would have been content if the series had ended after the first arc. i just thought lights final curtain was caused by more of an excuse then anything else, i mean... but what can i say? its done and over with. the second arc was good, but nothing will top the mental battle of the two l's.
