Ep.10 was pretty solid, with some nice character development mashed in.
I like how they've handled Hirano's particulary, as well as how his friends stand up for him in the front of
Alucard Takagi's dad.
Speaking of Takagi...
Her momentary breakdown seemed a little bit random to me, all things considering. I understand where it came from (it *did* take her mom so many days to get to her, and she really wasn't a priority of her dad's little lordship), but still, they could say a little more about it before they made her snap. It was salvaged by Takashi groping shaking some sense into her, and pointing out how she doesn't have a reason to bitch about, because at least she knows that her parents are safe and sound - as opposed to pretty much everyone else. It's not that often that somebody slaps some sense into a whiner in anime
The Bounty's Mutiny was also a pretty anecdote regarding the group, and goes to show as to just how much did the world change. Their little safe haven may seem nice now, but it can later affect their chances for survival by them getting complacent due to all the luxuries and fact that they don't have to fight, on account being "children" to adults leading the group (just how Bounty's sailors supposedly lost their discipline after spending half-a year in Thai) - which they can't afford if they want to survive on their own, or even at all.
Now, I'm eagerly awaiting the moment when the group will have it's showdown with the creepy little teacher guy.
