I did watch anime since kindergarten, but I got really involved with them in highschool with Devilman Lady (first anime on DVD I ever bought, by the way). Since then, it's always been anime, OVA's and animated movies.
Well before i was those kinda "I hate manga because so" But my hat make me curious about what i actually was bashing. Then a friend show me AMV Hell 3. And there was a clip of Chobits... And from there it kick of with i did see Chobits :D
"Phantom requiem for the phantom" when i finished it i was like(This is the shit!)
then there's "princess mononoke" the first ever anime ive seen back in 2005, an awesome anime.
I would say Sailor Moon or Cardcaptor, but honestly I had no idea what the fuck anime was at that young age. So I suppose the first REAL anime that I knew was actually anime would have had to have been either Inuyasha, Cowboy Bebop, or .hack//Sign.
Well I started watching anime with Shuffle!, then when I finished that I started School Days. After those two which I enjoyed I got introduced to bleach which was alright, but what really made me into an avid anime watcher was when a girl showed me Sora no Woto.
