Have you ever cried from watching an anime?

man i must be a punk ive cried in alot of animes air, when i thought chouji died in naruto, elfen lied(manga),kannon, clannad, 5 cm per sec, ef a tale of memories, omg and chrno crusade

I forgot about that one, too. That was sad...


Anyway, you all have me interested in watching Kanon now. Would it be better to watch the original anime or the 2006 remake? I could watch them both, but I'd like some advice from someone who has seen them.

The Tomoyo Chapter from Clannad got to me, as well as the ending to Chrno Crusade (Manga and Anime).

I've cried many times so far. Anime or manga usually tough me even more than Movie. Even in Naruto when Azuma died, I almost cried.

Well, I had tears when Ash died in the first pokemon movie (this was back when it first came out [yes, I'm an adult now!])

Also the way Elfin Lied ended made my cry.

another one was Clannad, the part where Ibuki Fuko held hands with Nagisa and Tomoya for the last time during the wedding. that was uber sad

Oh man, the pokemon movies... they were the shit. I also cried when Ash turned to stone in the first movie as well, course I was pretty young back then.

The Saber Marionette series made me cry as well.

The most touching was when Hughes from Full Metal Alchemist died. He was one of my favorite character, always talking about his daughter and wife, making a fool of himself. When you just see the scene where he was buried and his daugther not understanding, it just bring a tear to your eyes(with the music, it does).

I always question myself why do the Japanese like their character to die? I watch Naruto and more than six character die just like thats
