How enjoyable the fanservice is depends on the situation and condition methinks.
For example: To love Ru, Its pretty much BS. Manga was crap, anime was crap. Fan service was okay but its getting so dull looking at panties and bras its not even sexy anymore, and the male protagonist didn't make it any better.
BUT if the story fits well, someone mentioned Seikon no quasar, which has some S&M related content but story and action fits well. HELL YEAH baby, its like a 2 for 1!
*Note I still can't believe how basically the whole female cast is able to produce milk, but I think its just the "Holy Milk" concept makes an exception*
